Spider Vein Removal
Asclera injection is a prescription medicine that is used to treat two types of veins in a procedure called sclerotherapy. These veins include uncomplicated spider veins and small varicose veins also known as reticular veins.
Asclera is minimally invasive and the procedure typically lasts 15-45 minutes. After it is injected, Asclera separates the cells lining the inside of the targeted vein, this causes blood platelets to attach to the lining of blood vessels and eventually replaces the clotted vein with fresh new tissue.
