Platelet Rich Plasma
Platelet Rich Plasma, also known as “PRP”, is a high concentration of platelets surrounded in its own plasma. This internal essence of our own blood contains life-giving fundamental protein growth factors. PRP treatments utilize leading-edge, patented technology that is specifically designed to derive a high concentration of biological nutrient-rich cells from your own blood that stimulate collagen, elastin, fibrinogen, and more.
The process begins with taking a small tube of blood from the patient, which is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the “liquid gold” plasma. We then extract the most platelet-rich portion of the plasma, which can be used in conjunction with microneedling treatments and can also be injected to stimulate follicles for hair restoration treatments. Not all blood draw tubes are the same – we use tubes that are specifically designed for PRP separation, which allow us to derive the most nutrient-rich plasma without damaging the important growth factors.

Platelet Rich Plasma FaceLift

Unlike most procedures, the Platelet Rich Plasma Facial offers a way of both restoring shape, and improving tone and texture, as well as literally rejuvenating new and younger tissue!
The provider harvests from the patient’s own blood (hence the name Platelet Rich Plasma) growth factors that their body would normally use to heal damaged tissue. A tube of blood is drawn from the patient’s arm. The provider isolates growth factors from the patient’s blood. When these growth factors enter the face (during a microneedling treatment), cells become activated to grow new tissue. This new tissue includes new collagen, new fatty tissue (for smoothness), and new blood vessels (for a healthy glow).
Immediately after this treatment a beautiful glow to the skin is evident, but the real improvement from the collagen stimulation takes about 3-4 weeks.
