As we age, the collagen and elastin in our skin begins to break down at a faster pace and does not rebuild itself at the same rate. This causes sagging, loose, “crepey” skin that can affect us from head to toe! Exilis – A radiofrequency device that stimulates collagen to create a skin tightening response. It works best on loose, “crepey” skin that is pinchable when at rest. Exilis can be used to treat almost all areas of the body, including the eyes, lower face, neck, and even larger body parts such as the abdomen and the area above the knees. Most patients benefit from a series of 4 to 6 treatments spaced a month apart. Results develop over 3 to 6 months after completion of the series.

Ultherapy – A focused ultrasound device that penetrates down to the fibrous covering of the muscle, called the SMAS, which is the same layer that doctors lift during a surgical facelift. The ultrasound technology not only allows us to visually target the correct depth of the SMAS, but also heats the tissue at this level to stimulate collagen and elastin and cause lifting. Only one Ulthera treatment is required with results unfolding over 6 to 12 months. However, we cannot stop the aging process and therefore a maintenance treatment every 2 to 3 years is necessary for most patients to maintain their outcome and prevent continued collagen breakdown.

Vivace RF Microneedling – Vivace radiofrequency microneedling is a new treatment approach that combines microneedling and radiofrequency energy to provide patients with superior, natural-looking results.
